1. location; 2. staff was kind and helpful; 3. breakfast, we loved the selection; 4. noiselessness!!! 1. the mattress, oh... my poor back; 2. the rooming of the bathroom, they could clean the hair drier wire; 3. poor selection of TV channels and for hungarians only 1 TV channel; 4. No WiFi in room, only in lobby |

The area. stayed there 3 nights, no refill of the minibar.. Saw during the day that the cerial in the breakfast room was not covered after breakfast hours so dust can come in. Tv and remote control did not worked properly. No bathrobes availeble. No nice vieuw/privacy, looked in others people houses so the neighbourd could see us too because same level. |

Welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, multilingual staff and the wonderful location of the hotel. Also the breakfasts were outstandingly good and the bistro served very good evening meals. Coffee making facilities were most welcome. |

Staff of the hotel were exceptional in helping us with varied advice from sites to see,tours and travel out of the city.Friendly and very accomadating. Location was very central. |

Proximity and free internet access. Not enough instructions in the gym about use of the equipment. Could do with a bouncy board for jumping up and down on the spot, and some handweights. Internet access was a bit unstable but that didn't cause me too many problems, it was just momentary disconnection. |
