location, room ...

reception staff, a woman at the reception took our credit card to take a deposit without informing us ... although the hotel was paid earlier that day, she said, she had to have some deposit "in case we change our mind and have breakfast", horrible and stupid excuse, never heard of it ....

The room was cramped, quite difficult to move around, the shower in the bathroom could not be used without makeng a pool on the floor. The price of the breakfast is outrageous.

The fact it was central with no need to rely on taxis or public transport, and had good restaurants/bars within 5 minutes walk, it was clean and comfortable with a mini bar and room service plus a leisure centre which was a bonus.

central location - access to internet - friendly and obliging staff - cleanliness

strip joint accross the road - we didn't get hassled but I thought it might create a bad environment for family use.

the staff was very helpful and gentle.the place of the hotel was really good.

the pool was so smaller than it lookes. the rooms were much smaller than in pictures. was not that comfortable. not every room had internet connection had to change rooms.

The location

Tiny room you could hardly stand up in, not very high quality... Bathroom set up awful - shower squirted all over the floor, bathroom minute! Beds not very comfortable. 1 completely flat pillow!!!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful to organise day trips and give direction.

The bed was not comfortable, I got up the next day with a bad back. So the next night, I took the quilt from the other twin bed and put it over the mattress. Then it was all good.
