Decent room size. 1st night booked direct with hotel. Charged €100 for a superior room and given a standard (according to infor on their own website). Booked 3 further nights through Bookings.com for a TOTAL of €168! So, good price through 'Bookings' site - but felt 'ripped off' for 1st night. Empty bar, no atmosphere closes at 10pm and then no room service even for drinks. Mini-bar limited (expensive). Pillows!! |

Reception staff. Absolutly poor breakfast, room with only window on the ceiling, no light, no air, if you ever will go choose rooms but no in 4th floor. |

Benedick, the clerk at the desk was extremely helpful. We came the day before to make sre we know where to go and he gave us much info. During our stay he made everything very easy. |

Friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of the staff. General cleanliness and hygiene. Breakfast wasn't great. Also it was in a dark and miserable room with no natural light. Overall I think the hotel should be rated as a three-star and not a four-star. |

Value for money The absence of decorations - i.e. paintings on walls the corridor to the room was v. sparse. I have visited the Domina Inn in Tallinn and was far superior. |

free wireless internet, walking distance to all arractions, good breakfirst, dome of the staffs are very helpful when I checked in on 27th Sep in the afternoon, the receptionist (man) gave me a room with 4 beds, when I complianied, he is very unfriendly, and said the hotel was fully booked. all the other staffs are very nice. |

Location was not bad. Room was modern. No computer available. Parking and gargage facility was extremely poor. Staff was not well informed and for the most part unfriendly, Pillows were heavy and lumpy and uncomfortable. |
