pokój był dostępny już po przyjeździe do hotelu a nie dopiero od 14-stej.Personel perfekcyjnie mówiący po angielsku i niemiecku.Niska cena za pokój jak na tak dobry hotel. Tylko jedna rzecz.Mój pokój miał okna które wychodziły na hol tzn brak było dostepu świerzego powietrza.Byłem skazany na klimę a ja akurat za nia nie przepadam. |

Spa was excellent, concierge and doormen very helpful We were quoted euros and charged in forints. Maids were rude. We were charged for parking £60 !! and were not prewarned. Felt we got ripped off to a degree which is a shame because the hotel is very nice |

The check-in staff were great in changing my booking to that day, when i had mistakenly booked for the following day. Concierge and door boy informative. Fruit in room nice touch, but could have been fresher. Bed linen and pillows were not comfortable. Was not offered a double bed. Did not like the music playing in the dining room atrium (Frank Sinatra Big Band Swing style murders poular modern hits). |

Spa facilities that you could go down to in your robe. The rooms at the back of the hotel appear to be almost as a 'bad cousin tag on' - the lightening is much darker and doesn't give the same aura as the main part of the hotel. The room likewise was quite dark, but very clean and presentable. Only bad point as the broken shower seal and hence the water going everywhere but on the person in the shower... |
