Spa centrum, snídaně v krásném atriu hotelu, čistota, možnost ubytování hned po příjezdu do města (už v 11.oo hod)... Klimatizace na pokoji moc nefungovala (v noci bylo na pokoji dost horko), vcelku vysoká cena za ubytování... |

Spa was excellent, concierge and doormen very helpful We were quoted euros and charged in forints. Maids were rude. We were charged for parking £60 !! and were not prewarned. Felt we got ripped off to a degree which is a shame because the hotel is very nice |

The check-in staff were great in changing my booking to that day, when i had mistakenly booked for the following day. Concierge and door boy informative. Fruit in room nice touch, but could have been fresher. Bed linen and pillows were not comfortable. Was not offered a double bed. Did not like the music playing in the dining room atrium (Frank Sinatra Big Band Swing style murders poular modern hits). |

Spa facilities that you could go down to in your robe. The rooms at the back of the hotel appear to be almost as a 'bad cousin tag on' - the lightening is much darker and doesn't give the same aura as the main part of the hotel. The room likewise was quite dark, but very clean and presentable. Only bad point as the broken shower seal and hence the water going everywhere but on the person in the shower... |

All over very friendly and correct staff. Excellent quality kitchen. Good room service. Delicious and extensive breakfast. Well equipped wellness centre with competent staff , all in price for guests very attractive. |
