a trivial point :the tray in the room with complimentary tea and instant coffee offered only instant coffee with milk and sugar in the powder. It should offer coffee powder without sugar and milk so one can chose to put in sugar and milk. |

Staff were extremely helpful, they even assisted us with minor repair of our baby stroller. Overall, a great value for money. Pools with thermal water are fabulous. |

I liked staying in the Executive Suite at the hotel after the confusion with our booking the hotel had no record of our booking lucky i had my printout from booking.com to confirm the booking-hotel apologise & put us in Executive Suite i was happy with that and have no complaints. |

When we arrived we were told we were "Guests of the day" for the duration of our stay. We were upgraded to an apartment on the 5th floor, with breakfast and use of the exceutive lounge included for no additional charge. The hotel is professional, modern and clean and everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. 2 pints in the hotel bar was 12 Euro ... a little expensive for Budapest standards, a little far out from the centre, Taxi prices varied to & from, but there is excellent transport links using the Hev train, |
