Staff were extremely helpful, they even assisted us with minor repair of our baby stroller. Overall, a great value for money. Pools with thermal water are fabulous.

I liked staying in the Executive Suite at the hotel after the confusion with our booking the hotel had no record of our booking lucky i had my printout from booking.com to confirm the booking-hotel apologise & put us in Executive Suite i was happy with that and have no complaints.

The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The spa was great. The rate I received was tremendous value, even when I upgraded.

When we arrived we were told we were "Guests of the day" for the duration of our stay. We were upgraded to an apartment on the 5th floor, with breakfast and use of the exceutive lounge included for no additional charge. The hotel is professional, modern and clean and everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

2 pints in the hotel bar was 12 Euro ... a little expensive for Budapest standards, a little far out from the centre, Taxi prices varied to & from, but there is excellent transport links using the Hev train,

I had a fantastic experience with Ramada. on top of all my expectations from a 4-start chain hotel, i got a free upgrade offer for my room, access to the executive lounge, breakfast as a part of their guest-of-the-day reward program

Great Hotel, Good Room, Nearby to an Island Just up river with a number of great clubs (Friday and Saturday they were busy Sunday they were quiet /closed)

Location is out of the town centre, the tram runs right next to it though so access into town is easy.

The use of the Executive Lounge was a real bonus. The staff were excellent and very helpful in finding out local information for us, such as location of restaurants etc. Our room was perfect.

The room service menu was not particularly exciting for vegetarians.

Everything apart from its location, it is not '' a few minutes from the tourist attractions'' it is two seperate tram journeys or expensive taxi journeys

The night bar manager ob Fri 29th who closed the bar at 12.00pm despite protests from customers as the bar should have been open untill 1.00am as other nights, his attitude was appalling and lost the hotel income from at least 18 customers who were good spenders
